Hayato is a six foot two inch tall male with flowing long silver hair reaching his mid back. His hair is let down allowing it to flow around him freely without any restrains. His skin is pale white even whiter than snow and cold to the touch from lack of sunlight. His eyes are crimson red with black slits for irises. He has boyish charming good looks with an average muscle size for a Shinobi. His body is designed purely mostly for speed like most shinobi allowing him to move quickly and with agile flexible movements.

Clothing: Hayato dresses in long flowing black trousers that end just past his ankles. His feet are covered by altered ninja sandels where his toes are covered by black material with metal padding around the toes and bottoms of his feet. His upper body is covered by a long sleeved high collared buttoned up dark red shirt. Hanging loosely over the top he wears a black long sleeved hooded cloak. The hood is usually up covering the upper part of his face while his shirts collar is up to cover the rest. His cloak is usually tied off at the front so it covers his entire body making it impossible to see his face the only thing you see are his blood red eyes. Hayato wears trainign weights under his cloths on each leg he had black straps holding metal weights to his leg. When removed he is able to reach his maximum speed. His hands are covered by fignerless leather gloves with metal plating around the knuckles and back of the hand for re-inforced punches. He wears his Kirigakure headband around his forehead.

Personality:

Hayato is rather anti-social not bothering to interact with others around him. He spends time by himself often hidden in the surrounding darkness away from the light as in the darkness he feels at peace with himself. Hayato doesn't speak to others unless it is completely necessary only keeping to himself often seen reading his books as he walks. Hayato will only speak when he deems it necessary every other time if he is spoken to he will simply ignore them and walk on reading his books. Like most members of his clan Hayato will only help out if the situation will affect him positively as in if he will gain something from helping out. If Hayato doesn't gain anything from the situation he will not assist what so ever just leaving. If on a mission Hayato won't save his team-mates unless the situation affects him positively often leaving them to die. Secretly deep down he is a closest pervert.

Clan History: The Akumuyami was formed roughly one hundred years ago. The clan was formed when the founding member of the clan was caught in the Kyuubi no Youko's rampage. Its demonic chakra leaking over the land killing all in its path. The Kyuubi's chakra fused with the mans body and began to mutate his genes. The demonic chakra destroyed his genes and reconstructed them from scratch nearly destroying his body in the process. The demons chakra increased the man’s natural healing factor and his chakra reserves.

Because of the mutation to his entire gene structure the man lost his natural affinities towards Suiton, Futon and Doton. However he gained three new ones the man found himself gifted with Kato and Raiton along with a third new element. His third element was called Yamiton the element of darkness. His new element gave him complete control over the darkness allowing him to use it to his whim. With this new element he created a clan called the Akumuyami clan or Nightmare darkness clan.

It was discovered that only his Yamiton element was passed down onto his kin his increased chakra reserves and healing father only directly linked to him.

Ability Summary:

Member of the Akumuyami are born with the control over the element of pure Darkness. Unlike the Nara who use shadow manipulation using their own shadow or attaching it to the surrounding shadows for their Jutsu members of the Akumuyami are able to reach out to surrounding shadows with their chakra and control them or even create the darkness from their own element chakra. The Yamiton or Darkness Release element is an element that allows for the complete control over the darkness.

Members of the Akumuyami born with this element are able to freely control it from creating weaponry from the darkness, chakra animals, using it for storage or even using it to form mutations on their own body for combat by forming layers of darkness over their body and manipulating it. Members of the Akumuyami clan are born with a high affinity towards Ninjutsu along with the elements of Katon and Raiton next to their Yamiton element.

However with the Yamiton as one is creating solid darkness from their raw element chakra Yamiton techniques require 50% more chakra than regular techniques of equal rank, depleting ones chakra faster every time they use a Yamiton Jutsu.

Special Characteristics:

• Increased Speed: Because Hayato trained with the use of training weights his speed is beyond that of the average Genin. Depending on the weight of each leg the higher the weight the faster he will be after being accustomed to the weights and removing them.
  
• Chakra control - hayato has a higher control over his chakra from being taught the tree climbing, water walking, leaf balancing and waterfall climbing as a child. Even with his control voer his chakra his yamiton jutsu still require more chakra than needed.
  
• Agility and Flexibility - As a kid Hayato was forced into learning Gymnastics along with being forced into the circus to learn how to move his body through the air. Because of this Hayato is much more agile on his feet allowing him to use minimal movement to dodge. He is flexible able to bend his entire body back to avoid a blow. He is able to use this flexibility to his own advantages
  
• Lightning Body - Hayato's body from being constantly struck by lightning while learning to utilise his Raiton element has changed his bodys Physiology allowing him to become a human lightning rod. Flaws/Weaknesses:

• Chakra consumption Yamiton: When hayato is using his yamiton bloodline each technique uses 50% more chakra than an average jutsu of the same rank.
  
• Low Depth perception Left eye- hayato has a low depth perception in his left eye meaning his accuracy is off along with his ability to respond to objects based on distance and he often misjudges distances.
  
• Low endurance: Hayato has a low endurance meaning he can't take as much punishment as most shinobi.
  
• Weak to Futon Jutsu: because hayato's bodies Physiology has changed to allow him to conduct the Raiton element allowing him to be unharmed by certain Raiton Jutsu his body is weaker to wind based techniques. To him being struck by a C level Wind technique will feel like being struck by an A rank C technique. Making all Wind Jutsu feel like they are two levels above their actual rank. E = C , D = B, C = A, B = S, A = Above S and S = Dead if struck (Gained at Chunin)

This isn't something you'd be able to do at Genin, it'd kill you.

Thats why i stated in brackets (At Chunin) meaning I don't have it till CHunin and thats when ill be practicing to gain it as a Jutsu as its own.

I only see two small problems.

To just 'create' sound when you walk seems more like an ability of an entirely different clan that uses sound jutsu; Why would it be unique to this clan if they use shadow? Explain please.

Secondly, I don't think the whole lightning rod thing is very fair; I'd accept it if it allowed your character to weaken jutsu by say..a single rank in terms of power upon hitting him, but entirely defeating them isn't fair. Would that be okay?

It only does it for below its rank. If its C rank only D rank Raiton and below pretty simply. And its just the sound affect ofthe advance speed movement. Its not an actually sound Jutsu. It just makes a sound when its used.
