As this technique combines ninjutsu, chemistry, and medical knowledge, using it requires fine chakra control and advanced ability in medical ninjutsu.

Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and their intended destination.

Exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Basically all ninja know this technique.

Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body. Additionally, water clones only have one-tenth of the original person's power, as stated by Haku. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.

Description: This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. Clones can be used in place of the actual person, provided that the clone is the one that performed the technique. This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it.

Description: The user puts his hand on the surface of a body of water and from the tips of five fingers, chakra is released into the water, changing it into the form of ferocious sharks. The five sharks circle the target with high speed, creating a raging stream that takes away their prey's freedom of movement and their sharp teeth tear into the enemy with five consecutive attacks.

Description:This technique extends water over a large scale, surges and rises up to several dozen meters high. Then it streams down to the ground in one big cascade, much like a gigantic waterfall. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that jutsu's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair share of chakra.

The high-speed waterball attack possesses just as much power to kill as an actual gunshot. It's also possible to increase the power of destruction of the balls themselves by building up the chakra inside of them. The number of bullets is determined while kneading chakra. By taking advantage of gravity, the bullets can brutally increase in power.

This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few meters, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channeling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited.

The wall's strength and resistance change following the quantity of chakra poured down into the water, so a skillful shinobi will be able to build a sturdy one. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.

Using this, the user can also re-shape their body parts for suitable situations. The only way to contain a user of this technique is to lock them up in an airtight container so they cannot move about. When the user passes out, they are turned into a jelly-like state.
As this technique turns the body into water, the user is vulnerable to lightning techniques.

This technique provides Tia a tremendous field advantage, as her released form grants her the ability to breathe and freely move underwater, while his target continues to drown as they attempt to futilely escape the large body of water.

The technique releases four symbols from the user's body that then form a large, black sphere around them. Anything caught inside the sphere's area is then drawn in and sealed within the user's corpse.

Ability/Description:Allows Tia to channel her water chakra into the space of the blade. By doing this, she can take water from a surrounding source and fire it with a deadly force and cutting power. This also increases the force that she can put behind an attack making her strength seem to drastically increase. With the aid of the users chakra, it can gather surrounding moisture in the air instead of using an already existing water source. The sword can also condense chakra, so in using a decent amount of pure chakra it can be condensed and shot at an impressively deadly speed and will hit with a devastating force. She calls this "Ola Azul". If and while the sword is still sheathed, this move can be used. The chakra will have to flow to the sword, and then back into the body and then quickly expelled through the hand or mouth as to not damage the body. All the abilities listed above are not used frequently due to their high chakra consumption. It is said that this sword has the souls of an entire army sealed within, their energies and all. It takes the energy of the user that had been bonded with the sword to unlock these energies. Once unlocked, they cause a violent, painful, and almost demonic transformation on the user. This transformation varies on the user. It grants them great powers at a steep price. They must offer up all of their remaining energy, practically killing them, hence why this has been dubbed a Resurrection because afterward power is thrust through them again. The abilities that they are granted also vary on the user. Bonding with this sword ties the souls together. If the sword is destroyed, the user dies. If the user dies, their soul is sealed within the sword. The energies of the sword cannot be used unless in the transformed state. Despite the opening in the sword, it is impossibly durable.Highly Conductive-A Raiton based attack can seriously harm the user. Far past the level of the jutsu. This would only happen though if the sword is unsheathed.
Mutations may also occur on the owner of the sword. On Halibel, there are bone formations on her face and chest

Name: Resurrection

Style: Ninjutsu
Description: This occurs once the user pours all their energy into the sword Tiburon. When the command is given, all and any surrounding moisture is gathered around Tia in a large water vortex. This protects her while the transformation takes place. Afterwords, the vortex can be disturbed by Halibel, causing the mass of water to fall to the ground. This alteration is rarely ever used due to the excruciating pain that it causes and the enormous strain it puts on her body physically. Tia is also not able to revert back to her previous body unless she is killed( her corpse will revert back to it's original form), separates the power granted by the sword and her own energies, and/or her own chakra runs out. If absolutely needed, to extend the time she can be in this form she can use energy from the sword, however due to the entanglement of souls, if she exhausts all of the sword's power, she will fall into a deep coma. The sword's energy replenishes over time just like chakra, only at a much slower rate. Separating the two energies is a very difficult and time consuming process and cannot be done easily. However using this can be beneficial.
Her chakra is boosted exponentially and obtains incomprehensible strength and speed, that which can be compared to the acquired powers when one unlocks the gates or a tiled beast.
On her right arm there is a large bone structure with gill like openings on the end. This shark-tooth like extension is deceivingly sharp and has extreme cutting power. It can also control most if not all surrounding and visible water.
Within this chemical reactions take place in order to create water, much like a dehumidifier. This is a bodily function so it does not require chakra, however the process can be drastically increased to create a large mass of water in an extremely short period of time. Although, the water can start to over flow and internally damage her. Water can also be absorbed into the shark like arm and then turned into air by the reverse of the process that makes the water. Under the bone strcture on her neck are gills that allow her to breathe under water if the need arises.

One attack that uses this water creating ability she calls Cascada in which Halibel launches a rushing surge of water at her enemy. The torrent of high pressure water is large enough to cover several town blocks. C-S Rank depending on the volume of water.

Another attack that uses the water creation within her arm extension is "La Gota" where Halibel is able to condense large amounts of water around her blade before firing it as a blast that resembles a shark tooth. She has also demonstrated the ability to fire multiple blasts in rapid succession with relative ease. The blasts strike with enough force to demolish houses. B-Rank

This arm extension can also condense chakra and energies and release them in a beam or wave depending on how they are fired. These generally travel very fast and are extremely destructive being lethal if hit directly. A-Rank

One additional ability she gains is to turn any ice into water. Halibel points her blade out and instantly boils any form of water that comes close to it, including ice, and deflects it around her which in turn she can use in an attack. This she calls Hirviendo. The water she makes from any of her techniques can also be used in collaboration with her jutsu. a-Rank

Appearence:

Tia was given up right after birth. Her parents were young rogue criminals of an unknown village. The Waterfall Village just happen to have been the closest place to where they were. She was adopted rather quickly because the foster home didn't want the child to have any recollection of her parents who have probably been killed by now. However, unknown to them, she was born with the same evil spirit as her parents.
Growing up, Halibel was an extremely mischievous and destructive child. Most things were on accident because she was still only a baby. But then, as she got older she took on this sort of princess attitude. If she did not like something, then she'd break it or get rid of it somehow. Her foster parents were getting worried about this, but kind of just went a long with it...

As she learned more, she cut down on her destructive nature for the time being. Her parents thought that it was just a phase now. This time is when her odd dressing habits begun. The other kids that attended school with her did not really understand that it was weird until they were a bit older that's when the ridicule began. Her peers making fun of her did not seem to phase her at first, but they truly did. Deep down everything was just boiling up. She could still focus somehow and was able to get through school on average. Her parents could take a hint and told her that it is very good that she expresses herself, but you also have to be able to tell how you feel and not bottle it up. Tia took their advice and talked about it with them and her teachers. During school, they had mentioned shinobi weapons and one of them was poison. She did research at the library on poisons, never checking out a book because then she thought that they might be able to find her

Her skills obviously only progressed during these months. Halibel kept most of her abilities to herself only preforming at the average level as to not draw attention to herself. The kids backed off on the mocking because they seemed to have caught on. People make fun of her, then those people disappear somehow. One brave child just thought this was a ploy she had going to get people to be scared of her so he continued to mock her and her style. By this time, she had gotten over the study of poisons and was now looking in depth at water jutsu. Of course they were basic and could not quite ready to kill. There were a number of water jutsu that she envied and just needed to teach herself, but she was no where near the level that she needed

Due to the seeming lack of jutsu, she was not the popular vote to make it to the chuunin exams. And it did not help that the officials of the village did not think that either. But that just made her want to prove them dead wrong. Just as fate would have it, Tia was put up against the kid that made fun of her. This boy was all about brute strength during their fight. His movements were big, awkward, slow and easy to dodge. She was easily able to ware the boy down using little effort. After which she went to work with her extremely acrobatic style attacks. Her contortionist-like body proved too nimble for this kid. She was able to get a simple cut on his face. This boy of course got angry and unleashed his jutsu. She countered with her jutsu as well. Her chakra control and stamina had not fully developed yet so the boy over powered her. Although, because of her superior intellect she was able to formulate a plan in order to defeat this kid. She created a water clone and stepped to side, making it look as if she was the clone while the actual clone stayed back and preformed a jutsu. The boy skipped over Tia as she charged at her and went for the clone, which he presumed to be the real one. He hit the clone with a powerful punch while the real Tia launched a jutsu high above her level at the boy. Taken by surprise, he was hit dead on by this attack. This clever planning was enough to get her to the chunnin level despite the possible dangers behind the strategy.

Halibel was a very proud Chunnin, she went on numerous missions coming back with great success. That evil little part of her was fading every time she got praise. She was making a name for herself and her village. She went and taught in the acedemy for a little while, taking a few of the studends on simple missions just to let them see what it was like in the real world. Although, eventually, the real world came crashing down on Halibel. Due to her low rank, he popularity only lasted for so long. The other higher ninjas started to step up their game. Once they began to properly do their work, the higher-ups were the ones that were noticed. Tia was posed with two options, to either give up on her ninja career if she thought that she couldn't get any better, or rise to the occasion and beat anyone that stood in her way. There were a number of conflicts going through her head at the moment. Mostly about where she came from. Tia began research. It was not hard to find that she was an orphan, this did not really phase her though. She looked at it as less work to do, although she did need to find out who her parents originally were. After a few weeks of indepth research Halibel found that her parents were originally from the Rain Village and were resisting the command of the current ruler. They went on frequent crime espionages stealing artifacts from the village. They had stolen a legendary sword from the village, this was not tolerarted and they were persued by the village's ANBU division. They escaped with the sword and retreated to Kirigakure. When Tia found about this sword, she went to talk to her foster parents about it, who were not doing well. They had come down with an illness and it had ben pushing halibel to do what she had been doing all this time. Her parents told her the history on it and where it was currently located. Tia found the weapon and soon after her foster parents passes away. At that point she was determined to changed what she could and advance like no other had been before. She began intesely training to bring herself above all others. He progress on missions had greatly depleted because she was out training. At the age of 17 she went to become a jounnin.

After taking the rigorous test to reach this level she went all out and did what she could to help the village. She managed a few teams and taught for a while in the academy. After going on numerous missions, she was finally recognized for her abilities. She joined the ANBU squad and was soon seen by the Seven Swordsmen Of The Mist who recruited her for her exceptional kenjutsu abilities. Things were generally slow because nothing to major was happening in the ninja world at the time, but that soon changed. When Tia had recently turned 21, A group of radicals had plotted a terriost attack within the village. They all seemed like simple civilians, but under everything and deep in the shadows, there was plotting and scheming going on. The wanted to over throw the Mizukage. They wanted war, they were tired of peace. These people were itching for action and would never rest until they got what they wanted. The Mizukage called the swordsmen in on this one to settle the matter. The organization consisted of a number of higher ranked ninja that had grown shockingly close to the Kage. Tia was assigned to watch over the Kage while the rest went out to take care of the fights and riots in the city. Halibel had been part of the 7 Swordsmen for a few years and was rather established in the group. The Kage knew her, and vice versa. There were a number of attacks on the Kage's tower, all in vain though. Halibel's skills proved to be dominant over the rebellious group. After the civil war calmed and everything returned to normal, Tia continued on with her life. She headed a few teams of gennins and taught in the acedmey for a little bit. Missions came and went inbetween her training sessions. She only looked to enhancing her own abilities as much as she could. Tia did honestly want to be Miaukage one day, but it was not a set objective in her mind. She continues to live a simple and peaceful life.

Tia Halibel, the new Mizukage. Brought to power in war, deceit, lies and chaos. All this sat in her head. She knew they truth, and she wanted to tell the public... but she couldn't... She would lose everything, everything she had worked so hard to get. But wasn't that selfish? Putting yourself before your villagers? The last Kage tricked her into this! Tia had not seen it coming because she couldn't. She was not informed. The previous ruler started all of this corruption and was probably about to break under the pressure... Yeah, put it on someone young who is used to stress. But this was all wrong, all different. Who is used to lying about the way someone is living? Not just someone, people, and entire country... How could she be so heartless as to lie to all of these innocent people? But then again, there was a different side to all of it... Tia was protecting them all. None of them would live they way they are now if it wasn't for her. Wealthy with good healthy lives. Introduce a war and that is all changed. Funds for things go down the drain. The country is richer than all the people think because a large percentage of it is going straight into the war. Most of the time a Mizukage she did not even know she was lying to these people. None of this information was passed to her during inauguration. Now, sitting and thinking about what must be done, she ruled out telling the pubic but instead decided to end the war. She needed to bring the same peace she had in her village to the rest of the word. Halibel was already wasting money on things that did not need to be in the Land. Vacation springs? Only those in the village could take a trip there, the other villagers in other lands probably could not leave because of all the fighting... If she had the power do create lives for an entire land, what is it to her to stop the war? Stop the fighting and he lying will cease. There will be no war to lie about, money will return to the Land and things would continue how they always were, only better. This thought of this perfect world stuck with her. Tia just needed to protect her Land long enough to make this vision become a reality. Not only to her, but to the rest of the war torn world...
